Tai Chi
Most people might think Tai Chi is hard to learn because there are too many movements. Therefore, we offer two kinds of Tai Chi exercise.
One is Tai Chi Qi Gong. The other one is Tai Chi Chuan.
1. Tai Chi Qi Gong
This is the entry-level Tai Chi for beginners. There are only 18 movements. It focus on the Chi flowing through the body. People will learn basic ideas of Tai Chi. Practicing Tai Chi Qi Gong also helps people settle their minds and relax their bodies.
2. Tai Chi Chuan (short form)
We introduce Cheng Man-Ching's form here. There are 37 movements in Cheng's form. It is easier to remember and practice in the daily life. There are no physical or mental barriers to learn the form. It is good for people through all ages and benefits both men and women.
Practicing Tai Chi has a lot of benefits. It will release your stress, calm your mind, improve your health and enrich your spirit as well.
